As co-founder of UHD, David has 30 years’ experience in property consulting, development design, construction and management and a further 21 years’ experience in the design, construction and management of primary, community and social care premises.
David liaises and advises GP practices, CCGs and the NHS in procurement, development and construction of new schemes.
Chris has over 30 years’ experience in property consulting, development, design, construction and management as a senior executive working at board level for FTSE 250 companies before joining UHD.
Chris works closely with GP practices on refurbishment projects within the existing portfolio as well as CCGs and the NHS in the procurement, development and construction of new schemes.
As a co-founder of UHD, Kate has been integral in setting up and running the financial models and systems used within UHD. Kate has over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of property management including managing the financial accounts, facilities and service charge management.
Kate’s extensive financial and property experience provides a key role in daily operations and decision making for UHD.
Rachel joined UHD in 2017 to assist in all aspects of property management, development design and construction management. Whilst providing tenant liaison and support alongside regular on-site inspections, Rachel is also involved in the development process for new schemes and refurbishment of existing space.
Rachel graduated from Heriot Watt University with an MSc in Commercial Real Estate and is currently training to become an RICS Chartered Surveyor.
Tamsin joined UHD in February 2021 to champion sustainable practices and techniques for future developments. Tamsin works within the development team liaising with clients, organising community involvement and setting sustainability targets for new developments. Tamsin graduated from the University of Durham with a 1st Class Degree then completed an MSc with Distinction in Sustainable Building Design and Engineering at the University of Greenwich.
Alison is a highly experienced office administrator who also chairs and sits on local voluntary organisation committees. Alison’s organisational skills provide support to the UHD team as well as the tenants in all aspects from record keeping, compliance and property management queries.
Alison provides tenant liaison and assistance to ensure the properties are in good working order.
Jo is a chartered accountant with 20 years’ experience in accountancy practice prior to joining the UHD team in 2022. Jo works within the finance team assisting with the day-to-day financial operations, overseeing accounts payable and receivables, contributing to the maintenance of accurate ledgers and preparing financial reports and analysis.
