Our bespoke building management services are implemented from day one of occupation. UHD's specialist and friendly team is ready to deal with any issues quickly and efficiently. Every UHD project is unique and we tailor our building management services to meet the specific and individual needs of healthcare providers, staff and patients.
We provide a comprehensive programme of routine, planned and preventative maintenance, which means that GPs and practice managers have more time to dedicate to patient care and managing the business.

UHD is one of the last remaining independently run medical centre developers that has not been institutionalised into a big impersonal corporate conglomerate. We are a small, dedicated family-run business providing a unique, personal and bespoke experience.
UHD is a financially strong company and uses a traditional bank funding route with no venture capital and no external shareholders. We are collaborative not dictatorial, we will deliver what you want in the most sustainable way possible and we will manage the property throughout the tenancy.

Continual improvement policy
Many of our developments have already put the future built-in expansion space to good use and UHD has helped four seperate practices within our developments to secure NHS capital funding to fit out the expansion space to accommodate increasing patient demand for additional clinical space.
In 2013, UHD retrofiited solar panel schemes to the majority of developments without to reduce the carbon footprint of the development and to reduce ongoing energy costs for the occupiers.
