Vision and values

Our vision is to be the medical centre developer of choice.

From the outset it has always been and still remains the UHD approach to enter into long-term partnering relationships with each and every client, whether a GP practice or practices, CCGs or any other healthcare providers. Our involvement is long-term and ongoing, we have 100% retention of all of our developments.

We do not seek external investors with all finance being provided directly through UHD. This long-term investment and total commitment means we will always have a shared interest in each of our developments and we are committed to delivering the optimum outcome on every project in terms of build quality, sustainability, energy efficiency, comfort and safety for all healthcare providers, patients and visitors. We will manage the property throughout the whole tenancy providing an expert, hands-on service and taking all the pressures of managing and maintaining a building away from the tenants.

It is now our pledge to deliver net-carbon zero buildings and to acheive BREEAM Oustanding on every project.

United Healthcare Developments Ltd was formed by David and Kate Brown in 2000.
